As promised I am now going to show everyone the better games of the XNA community games along with my WTF Game of the Week. This weeks came highly recommended to me by PeeKnuckle, and I definitely see why it deserves to be our XNA community Spotlight. I present to you Orbyx – Mystic Orbs of Chaos, Orbyx was created by Hemi Games. Best way to explain Orbyx is using Peggle as a reference, it plays very similar to Peggle and almost does it better, don’t get me wrong though, its not an exact Peggle clone, there are plenty of extra features to set it apart from Peggle. The goal of the game is simple, shoot flaming cannonballs at orbs to destroy them and try to get your combo as high as you can. You can collect letters to spell out the word magic that, when collected will cast different magic spells that help increase your score and finish the level quicker. Controls were excellent and extremely easy to pick up and play. The gameplay is extremely addictive and fun, while playing Orbyx, I really had a hard time believing I was actually playing an XNA game and not an XBLA premium title. Anyways there you have it, watch the video above and see for yourself. If your still unsure download the demo and try it out for yourself, its only 400ms points and trust me you won’t be disappointed.

ORBYX! I love this game! I'm sure you're tired of hearing that though. lol
Definitely buying it. I know a few others that are as well. Just wish it had multiplayer though. That was the only downside I was able to find with it.
Thanks for the video. Going to use it as a reference, whenever I speak of my love for the game.
