Outed by retailers and subsequently confirmed byUbisoft, developmentally troubled Ghost Recon: Future Soldier finally has itself a new release date.
After being delayed for quite a spell, and failing to really impress at this year’s E3, the sci-fi squad-based shooter (with optional Kinect support!) is coming to North America on March 6th, 2012.
Can you think of another sci-fi squad-based shooter dropping that day? One from EA and BioWare? Do you need another hint? Mass Effect 3, folks. This is also the same day as 2K’s reboot of XCOM.
Currently Ubi is planning to kick off the long promised 360-exclusive multiplayer beta in January, available to pre-orderers and Splinter Cell Conviction owners.
