It’s Friday, and on this week’s episode of The Floor is Lava, the crew watches a cartoon series that is near and dear to Candice’s heart: Spider-Man: The ’67 Collection. The memes! Oh the memes! Join us as we enjoy a simpler time in television animation and laugh at J. Jonah Jameson’s Skeletor voice, Spider-Man’s awkward run, Mysterio’s poor choice of headwear and the series’ overused cutaways.
You will need a Netflix Watch Instantly subscription to view the episode we discuss. If you already have an account, then click the link that we provide, and you are ready to watch the show with us! We will be watching episode three of season one: The Menace of Mysterio.

There are also two other Spiderman series (I do not know if they are on Netflix). There is the ’81 show on UPN http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQOOl5ziyY8 lasting 26 episodes. There is also Spiderman and His Amazing Friends airing the same years https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiE2G3NJ3ZU on NBC. Neither are, how should I say, aged well. In other words, there is no shortage of Spiderman for future shows… Yep, it’s gonna hurt.
And if you guys were baffled by Spidy’s webs catching on to nothing, you have not lived till you see The Lizard swinging from vines in the middle of Manhattan.
