The modern-day Medal of Honor reboot from EALA and DICE just got a bit for enticing for Call of Duty and Battlefield fanatics, as the publisher has announced a free upgrade to the Limited Edition if you pre-order. That’s right, pick up the fancy Limited Edition, and you’ll get it for the exact same price as the standard version; that’s kind of a no-brainer, no?

Available on October 12th, the Medal of Honor Limited Edition packs an exclusive weapon, the MP7, “a unique weapon utilized by Tier 1 Operators in the field” that features “light weight, high rate of fire and its ability to penetrate body armor, the MP7 handles like a pistol yet allows targets to be engaged like a rifle.”

The package also contains early access to the TOZ-194 and 870MC2 shotguns, otherwise earned by ranking up in multiplayer via hard work and long hours. But you don’t have time for that, right?

Those that opt to pick up the LE on PlayStation 3, note that this deal extends to you as well, and you will still receive the previously announced PS3-exclusive (for now) HD remake of Medal of Honor: Frontline.
