(37) Wrong side of the Tracks – When you first enter the Sinclair Deluxe just before the pile of rubble the Brute Splicer created, go into the office it’s sitting on a desk

(38) The end of the Line – In the town square across from the pawn shop on top of the makeshift altar for Prentice Mill.

(39) Clinic code at the Fishbowl – Just outside the Clinic next to the locked door.

(40) Therapy with Grace #1 – When you’re on the roof of the Pawn Shop cross the bridge
to the Luxury Rooms, there will be a splicer banging on a safe in the room, you’ll find the audio diary to the right sitting on a cabinet

(3) Weapon Upgrade Station #3 – In the Hamilton just before you go up the stairs to R. Flanagan’s office

(41) Camera in Hock – In the R. Flanagan’s office on the second floor of the Hamilton sitting on a desk.

(42) Arrangements – there is a little sister altar where everything is covered in blankets and blue butterflies everywhere. The diary is on the ground next to some candles and money.

(43) Blood and Lamb – Go through the pharmacy in the back of the room second room in the pharmacy you can go through the whole in the wall, to get into the book store, it’s sitting on the counter in the book store.

(44) Sunday Services – In the apartment that overlooks the marketplace, it’s In between the splicer you can harvest and a chair.

(45) Pauper’s Drop – In the apartment above the Pharmacy, you get there by going over the bridge from the apartments you found “Sunday Services” in.

(46) Mole – Down the hallway in front of the Pharmacy, near the the dead Rosie, sitting on top of a crate.

(47) Closing the Limbo Room – In the room behind the stage in the limbo room.

(4) Weapon Upgrade Station #4 – in an office in the Limbo Room.

(48) A Gift from Lamb – After you clear the rubble to enter the Sinclair Deluxe take the right up the first set of stairs into the apartment, the diary is in the bathroom.

(5) Weapon Upgrade Station #5 – On the level 3 of the Sinclair Deluxe after you chase the splicer to the area where there’s a dead splicer hanging and they ambush you, go out into the hall and to the right, continue on you’ll come across a turret, the station is in the room to the right.

(49) Profit Coming, Profit Going – Before going to the third floor, in the area where you come across a little sister shrine covered in sheets, go up the stairs and jump over the gap, the diary is in the corner next to a crate.

(50) Where has Harry gone? – After you get “Profit Coming, Profit Going” go up the stairs and head down the hall till you come to a vending machine. Go right into the room it’s sitting on a shelf.

(51) The Butterfly – Go into the area where the Brute splice comes out of, there will be a room filled with butterflies the diary is on a table.

(52) What a Snap – As soon as you go up the stairs to level 5 of the Sinclair deluxe
take a right, the audio diary is at the end of the balcony next to a wheel chair with a shotgun in it.

(53) Barbarism – Underneath the bed in Eleanor’s room.

(54) Failing Lamb – In the next room on the bed next to the large glass window.

(55) Field Trial #1 – When you’re on your way out of Pauper’s Drop you’ll encounter a Brute Splicer, kill him and search him, whatever you do don’t freeze him otherwise you won’t be able to get the recording.
