EA appears to be readying a number of Game of the Year editions for their recent best-selling titles, and all slated to drop in the very near future. Just a week after Dragon Age: Origins‘ Ultimate Edition showed up as an October release, now Amazon brings us a listing for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition, apparently headed our way at the end of this month.

A cool $60 once again, the updated package includes the full BF:BC 2, all of its VIP downloadable content, kit unlocks and the $9.99 Onslaught Mode, as well as a copy of Battlefield 1943 for either PSN, or XBLA.

It’s still unannounced, but the game is said to be shipping August 31st. Maybe Gamescom is a good time announce this?
